The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing stay during my Easter vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, situated near several key attractions and in close proximity to transportation options. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day, allowing me to relax on the terrace and enjoy a warm beverage.

The lack of hook hangers in the room. It would have been convenient to have more hooks to hang my clothes and wet towels.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a good area, right by major attractions and city center and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and polite, everything was great.

Fairly clean hotel, appreciated its very good staff and location. Walk from a tram station, a market and local stores were not far as well. Overall fairly nice stay for 2 nights.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is unbeatable; it's just a short walk to all the major tourist attractions, making exploring Istanbul a breeze. Secondly, the staff here are amazing - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Thirdly, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and even a balcony on the third floor! Lastly, the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, ensuring a great start to your day of sightseeing.

The slightly weak internet connection, but it wasn't a major issue.

I loved superbly friendly staff, perfect location. Everywhere was fairly clean, room with a safe box, a mini bar fridge and a seating area was really functional. Breakfast was gorgeous, with lots of food. Nearby a subway station, walking distance to stores and local stores.

Fairly clean hotel, healthy breakfast, the location is best possible short walk to a tram stop, first tram, the T1 tram line.

The hotel is located in the central area, within close proximity to the tramway and the main square. You can easily reach all the major attractions and downtown places. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come equipped with basic facilities such as safe box, fridge, kettle. Breakfast is good and there is a terrace with a BBQ place if you prefer.

The hotel is not easily accessible by taxi and you may have to walk a short distance with your luggage.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from major attractions. My room was upgraded to accommodate my family, very nice. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilled all our needs. I had a great stay at this hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

It was conveniently situated near all the tourist attractions , made it very easy to get around. to that, the staff were amazing! They were very friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast that was served every morning with a wide variety of food items. Lastly, the hotel was clean and the facilities were great.

Hard to think of anything negative to say about the hotel or this city.
